If you’ve tried productivity hacks, planners, or sheer willpower and still feel stuck, you’re not alone.
Coaching is about learning how your mind works best, uncovering what really gets in your way, strengthening emotion regulation, and creating strategies that fit you instead of forcing yourself into systems that don’t stick.
Our work together is about building clarity, confidence, and practical tools—so you can manage emotions, quiet the noise, and live with more ease and self-trust.

You’ve got questions—I totally get it. Starting ADHD coaching can feel both exciting and a little unknown. This page is here to walk you through what coaching is (and isn’t), how sessions work, and what it’s really like to work together. Take a deep breath, scroll through, and see what resonates.
ADHD coaching is a collaborative process that helps you understand your unique brain, strengthen your executive function skills, and create systems that actually work for you. It’s not therapy or advice-giving—it’s a supportive partnership that helps you move from awareness to action with compassion and clarity.
Therapy often explores your past to help you heal, while coaching focuses on your present and future—what’s working, what’s not, and how to move forward. Coaching helps you develop structure, routines, and emotional tools that support your goals and well-being. Many clients find that therapy and coaching complement each other beautifully.
I work primarily with adults. Many of my clients are creative, caring, and capable—but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or inconsistent. Together, we uncover strengths and create practical systems to help life feel lighter and more aligned.
If you’ve ever said, “I know what to do, I just can’t seem to do it,” coaching might be a great fit. Coaching is for people ready to get curious, not judgmental, about their patterns—and to experiment with new ways of working with their brain, not against it.
Coaching can help with time management, procrastination, emotional regulation, perfectionism, prioritizing, decision fatigue, self-compassion, and building consistency. We tailor each session to your real life—whether that’s getting through the workday, parenting, or just feeling calmer in your own mind.
Most clients begin with weekly or bi-weekly sessions for momentum and accountability. Over time, some shift to less frequent sessions as their systems and self-trust strengthen. Sessions are typically 45–50 minutes, held virtually over Zoom.
Each session starts with checking in and choosing a focus area that matters most to you that day. We’ll explore what’s been getting in the way, what’s important about it, and what steps feel realistic and meaningful. You’ll leave with insights, clarity, and simple next steps to test between sessions.
You’re not broken—it just means the systems weren’t built for your brain. In coaching, we experiment to find what feels natural and sustainable, not forced. Progress starts with curiosity, not perfection.
What makes my coaching unique is the way I integrate both the inner and outer work of ADHD transformation. My work blends mindfulness, DBT-informed emotion tools, and practical ADHD-friendly strategies. Together, we quiet the noise in your mind and build systems that support who you’re becoming—so change feels sustainable, compassionate, and aligned with your real life.
Nope. My role isn’t to give advice—it’s to help you discover what works for you. You already have wisdom inside you; I help you access and trust it.
I’m a trained ADHD life coach, having completed the ADHD-intensive program through the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA). I’m now building the coaching hours required for accreditation with ADDCA, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC). Alongside this, I bring DBT-informed training, a yoga teaching certification, and years of experience helping women create supportive home systems. This combination of education and lived practice gives me a clear understanding of how ADHD shows up in daily routines, emotions, and transitions—and allows me to offer both compassionate insight and practical, personalized strategies.
Yes! I was diagnosed in adulthood, and it changed everything. I know firsthand what it’s like to navigate life with a constantly buzzing mind and to transform that energy into creativity and focus. Like many women, I was misdiagnosed as a teen with anxiety and spent years wondering why traditional advice never seemed to work. Discovering ADHD gave me language, compassion, and strategies that I now share with my clients.
I offer flexible options depending on the level of support you’re looking for—from single sessions to multi-session packages. You can view current rates and details on my (Pricing Page).
Coaching is not covered by insurance, but some clients use HSA/FSA funds if their provider allows it. You’ll receive an invoice after payment if you’d like to submit it for possible reimbursement.
That’s completely okay. You can start by downloading one of my free ADHD resources, joining my email list or follow me on instagram to get helpful tools, mindset shifts, and inspiration. Sometimes small steps build big momentum. (Download Freebies Here)
