Like many women, I flew under the radar for most of my life —
achieving, overthinking, and wondering why everything still felt harder than it “should.”
I was diagnosed with ADHD in my late 30s — after taking one of my kids in for an evaluation and realizing so much of what I heard sounded like me. Suddenly, the puzzle pieces of my life started to make sense: the racing thoughts, the big emotions, the bursts of creativity followed by burnout.
As I began to understand my brain, I realized that whole-person growth — mind, body, and heart — is the true path to lasting change.
It’s not just about managing symptoms; it’s about building self-trust, compassion, and systems that support your full self.
Now, as an ADHD life coach, I help others do the same: turn self-doubt into self-understanding, and chaos into clarity and confidence.

My coaching philosophy is simple: ADHD is not a character flaw—it’s a different way of thinking, feeling, and processing the world. I believe meaningful change comes from understanding how your brain works, honoring your lived experiences, and building self-compassion, not shame. I guide clients with a strengths-based, supportive approach

I’m currently working toward my professional accreditations with ADDCA, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC). My background also includesDBT training, yoga teaching certification, and years of helping women create supportive home systems . This blend of education and experience gives me a deep understanding of how ADHD shows up in real routines, emotions, and transitions—and helps me guide clients with both insight and practical, personalized strategies.

As neurodivergent humans, we are not broken.
We are not failed neurotypicals. We are whole, worthy, and simply in need of support that fits us. I believe in creating spaces built on safety, respect, and the full range of our human experience—where you don’t have to mask or perform. I honor the many, diverse ways of being and the identities

We are not failed neurotypicals. We are whole, worthy, and simply in need of support that fits us. I believe in creating spaces built on safety, respect, and the full range of our human experience—where you don’t have to mask or perform. I honor the many, diverse ways of being and the identities we carry. I make room for shutdowns and joy, hyperfixations and stillness, our quirks and our beloved stimms. Self-regulation begins with self-recognition. We all deserve to live by our own rhythms.

I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, calm the noise, and create systems that truly support your life.
